Isla Vista
Cloudburst Rentals has a single family house just five houses from the campus of the University of CA at Santa Barbara, in the beach community of Isla Vista. Located at 6519 Del Playa, the house is a five minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The house has four bedrooms - plus. Two of the bedrooms have lofts and all have high ceilings. Each bedroom has a full bath. There is also a large garage available. The bedroom on the second floor, north side, has a balcony, the bedroom on the beach side has sliding glass doors that open to the large deck that overlooks the beach. The kitchen and living area are located on the second floor with a balcony to better view the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. There is a outside "beach" shower. |
